How is it nearly Christmas?!?!? This year has literally flown by.
I am so looking forward to seeing all the finalists at the Galaxy meet up and it has been so lovely seeing many of you at appearances throughout the year.
My Galaxy journey has been like a very long, crazy rollercoaster ride that I just want to stay on forever! It might sound cheesy but I still think back to March when I was crowned and get all emotional again as I am, to this day, so grateful to have won the crown.
Going to Orlando for the Internationals with my sister queens in July was literally one of the most amazing experiences of my life and to place 1st runner up was an absolute honour. We had so much fun all week, from the PJ party, White party all the way to ‘Andy’s coming!!!!’ on the last day at Universal!
I know how all the finalists are feeling right now – trying to fit in festive appearances whilst battling between keeping fit and wanting to eat that extra mince pie!! But I would say take Christmas as a time to just relax and enjoy yourselves and then get back into all things pageanty and healthy in the New Year!!
I have done so many weird and wonderful appearances in my journey as Galaxy girl but my favourites have to be the 2 fundraising events that I organised. The first was as a finalist and I held a Charity Darts competition with my Dad for Lymphoma Association & The Christie and the second was as a queen and was a Charity Pudding Club evening for RSPCA Leybourne centre.
I have enjoyed every second of being part of the Pageant Girl UK family and I am living proof that if you don’t give up, your dreams really can come true!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single person out there who has supported me before and during my reign as Mrs Galaxy UK and without reeling off a long list of names, you all know who you are and I would not even have this title without you.
To all the current finalists – Good Luck for March and ill be cheering you all on after crying my eyes out at my hand over!
